Joshua Dove
CEO/President
Joshua began his career at Whitesel Music over 20 years ago under the guidance and tutelage of his Grandfather and Norman Whitesel. With over a decade of experience under his belt, and after graduating from Bridgewater College with a B.S. in Communication Studies, Joshua took full control of the company in 2007. Since that time, he has taken the company from what some would have called a small local operation, to a multi-faceted, full-service piano and organ firm that services the entire nation.

Lori Norquest
CFO/Vice President
Lori has been with Whitesel Music since 2007. She handles financial operations, employee relations, and ensures the continued success and growth of the company. Caitlin Didawick
Information Analyst and Receptionist
Caitlin Didawick graduated from George Mason University in 2010 and has been working on a part time basis for Whitesel Church Organs ever since. Recently, she moved into a full time position and now manages the daily operations of the store as well as handling information systems for the company.

Organ Sales and Service Specialist
Ken has been a musician since the age of 6. He has dedicated his life to playing music and working on the instruments he loves, specifically organs and pianos. Recently, he joined the Whitesel Church Organs team as a sales and service representative.

Dylan Norquest
Marketing Manager
Dylan has been with Whitesel Music for over a year and handles all marketing materials as well as manages the Whitesel Music Academy. He is currently taking marketing and comunication classes at Bridgewater College and hopes to continue his career in the music industry.

Jesse Ratcliffe
Artist in Residence
Jesse is a native of Hinton, a one-stop light town in southern West Virginia. He is a graduate of Concord University, Athens, WV (BA) and Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA (MM). Currently, he is the Director of Music at St. James Episcopal Church in Warrenton and the former Director of the Staunton Choral Society. An active recitalist, Jesse has performed recitals in WV, New York, Outer Banks, NC, VA, and performed during the 2014 Edinburgh International Festival. Jesse serves as carillonneur at Luray Singing Tower. Previous positions include Concord University and Hollins University (VA). Jesse has been honored to study privately and in master classes with Dr. Stephen Cooksey, Dr. Roberta Gary, Dr. Walden Moore and Robin Austin.

Lead Electronic and Digital Organ Technician
Kim has been with Whitesel Church Organs for over 4 decades and has spent his entire life repairing both electronic and pipe organs.
Andrew Morris
Apprentice Organ Technician
Andrew has been playing music since he was 16 years old. He has spent the past 5 years playing on the Valley Church Praise Team and recently became Whitesel Church Organ's newest employee when he accepted the position of apprentice organ technician. He is also cross training at Whitesel Organs parent company, Whitesel Music, as a piano technician, tuner and rebuilder.

Neil Good
Electronic and Digital Organ Technician
Neil has been working on digital organs for the past 4 decades. He is a talented repair man as well as musician. He has been with Whitesel Church Organs for over 30 years. Neil began his apprentice ship at Whitesel Music at 17, and learned how to repair and maintain numerous different kinds of electronic organs. In his spare time Neil enjoys playing drums in the praise band at his church.
Bob Lent
Lead Pipe and Hybrid Organ Technician
Robert G. Lent has been actively involved in the pipe organ trade for over 50 years. Since the 1960's, he has maintained, serviced, tuned, upgraded, and rebuilt 1,000's of pipe and combination digital/pipe organs. He has served as a full-time Road Mechanic traveling the country maintaining organs, General Manager of Operations for United States Pipe Organ Company, and Manager of Sales and Operations for Klann Organ Supply
